Access to science for women and girls remains a challenge today. Successful woman who have previously created a professional career in the science field have been a source of inspiration for others who currently have a relevant role within the scientific community or for many girls who consider choosing a scientific degree and grow professionally in this field. We all play a fundamental role in empowering women and girls to ensure that they have greater access to science and technology, allowing them to achieve their hopes and dreams and be anything they would like to be.
