At Almirall, we consider our suppliers to be an extension of our own responsibilities and a fundamental factor in the successful fulfilment of our commitments to the health community. That is why we believe that shared values around a sustainable supply chain are the foundation of long-term business relationships.  Our Sustainable Procurement program different initiatives to promote sustainable and responsible business across our supply chain. Suppliers are also required to meet the standards set forth in the Almirall Suppliers’ Code of Conduct.

Supplier Onboarding

We onboard our suppliers through the platform SAP Ariba.

SAP Ariba is the platform that we use to onboard and register our suppliers, as well as to manage certain purchases within Almirall. During the registration phase, triggered by an email notification, suppliers are requested to provide basic information and accept our Almirall Suppliers’ Code of Conduct.

Suppliers must keep the company information updated in SAP Ariba platform where they can view and manage the purchase orders and invoices.

Suppliers will not be able to upload the invoice until the Almirall employee who requested the goods / services performs its good receipt.

Worker Accreditation System (through self-certification)

Onsite services require suppliers’ staff accreditation in our Worker Accreditation System

Physical access to an Almirall Work Centre by suppliers to carry out onsite services requires that suppliers’ staff (own and subcontracted) is self- accredited in the Worker Accreditation Document (WAD) system, to ensure compliance with the Business Coordination Activity process (CAE management).

Note: this process starts in the Ariba Supplier account fulfilling the HSE questionnaire.

Terms & Conditions

Almirall Purchase Terms and Conditions

We expect our suppliers to act ethically and in good faith, provide quality services and goods and meet the contractual commitments. In the absence of a signed contract, the Almirall Purchase Terms and Conditions will be applicable.

During the commercial relationship we expect our suppliers to meet a set of expectations contained here. Unless a specific written agreement has been duly signed between the supplier an Almirall, the Almirall Purchase Terms and Conditions will be applicable to the supply of goods and/or provision of services.
