This accessibility statement applies to the Almirall website (https://www.almirall.com/), which is subject to Law 11/2023 of 8 May, transposing European Union Directives on the accessibility of certain products and services, and Royal Decree 193/2023 of 21 March, which regulates the basic conditions of accessibility and non-discrimination for persons with disabilities in accessing and using goods and services available to the public.
Compliance status
Almirall applies a continuous improvement approach to ensure that the browsing experience is accessible and satisfactory for all users.
The accessibility audit on which this statement is based indicates that the product is partially compliant in accordance with the standards reviewed. We continuously undertake specific actions to align our content, functionalities and services with the accessibility requirements established by current regulations.
The accessibility requirements set by the UNE-EN 301 549:2022 standard correspond to the following areas, which we are currently reviewing and optimising:
- The use of semantic markup is being reviewed to ensure that it properly conveys the information and relationships of the content, as well as the name, role and value of all components [Requirements 9.1.3.1 and 9.4.1.2].
- A comprehensive review of all meaningful images is being carried out to ensure that they include appropriate alternative text [Requirement 9.1.1.1].
- The correct implementation of ARIA roles is being reviewed to ensure that all dynamic messages can be detected by assistive technologies without requiring additional user interaction [Requirement 9.4.1.3].
Creation of this Accessibility Statement
